- Shipment Processing Time
Some components of the bag need assembly. Please allow 2 weeks assembly time before shipment.
- Shipment to PO Boxes or APO/FPO and International Addresses
Ann Gaylord Bags ships to addresses within the U.S only. We do not currently ship to U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO and international addresses.
- Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking No.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
- Damages
Ann Gaylord Bags is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN
We get it, things don't always work out. We're here to help get it right.
Merchandise eligible for return must be unused, unworn, and in good condition with original hangtags and packaging attached and must be returned within 14 days. For any reason you feel you have received a defective style, we will accept any imperfect items for a full refund or exchange.
